Our 70kN to 240kN double-shed toughened glass insulators have been appraised to reach the leading level within China by the China Electric Power Enterprise Federation. Notably, we are the first domestic manufacturer that independently developed double-shed and triple-shed toughened glass insulators, and we also possess independent R&D capabilities for glass composite insulators.
All our toughened glass insulators adopt premium raw materials and precise toughening processes. They boast outstanding advantages including excellent anti-aging performance, strong mechanical stability, good self-cleaning ability and convenient daily maintenance. The unique self-breaking characteristic of glass makes defective insulators easy to identify during line inspection, which greatly reduces long-term operation and maintenance costs for power projects.
Advanced Production & Testing Capacity
To guarantee consistent product quality, we have introduced a full set of automated production lines equipped with industrial robots, realizing high-precision and safe automatic operation throughout the manufacturing process. Our core production equipment includes feeding machines imported from the UK, multi-station glass pressing machines, 20-station glass toughening machines, tunnel furnaces, glue assembling machines and mixing machines. All production facilities are well-maintained and operate stably to support large-scale standardized production.
We have also established a professional testing laboratory equipped with complete inspection devices. Our main testing equipment covers power frequency test sets, lightning impulse test systems, tensile testing machines, temperature cycle test devices, zinc coating inspection equipment, volume resistance testers and dimensional measuring tools. We have introduced 1350kV steep wave test equipment, enabling us to conduct full performance tests on raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products. Every batch of goods undergoes strict sampling and full inspection before delivery to ensure all indicators meet international project requirements.
