Equipped with mixing machines, tempering machines, tunnel furnaces and assembly units, the workshop realizes standardized and intelligent manufacturing. The annual production capacity reaches 4 million tempered glass insulators. Strict in-process inspection is implemented in every procedure to ensure consistent product quality.
We are a national high-tech enterprise with a professional R&D team led by senior industry experts. We have obtained nearly 100 patents and multiple software copyrights, and took the lead in developing double-umbrella and triple-umbrella tempered glass insulators in China, reaching domestic leading technical level. Equipped with a full set of professional testing equipment including 1350KV steep wave test devices, we conduct comprehensive performance tests for new products. We keep innovating materials and craftsmanship, and also provide customized R&D services to develop tailored insulators for diverse power transmission scenarios from 10kV to 1000kV.
